Account & Registration

Registration page Enter your name, mobile number, email, and password. Confirm your date of birth (you must be 18+), agree to the terms and conditions, and submit. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Only one per person one account Permitted. However, creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, or banking details is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

Login Page Click the "Forgot Password?" link and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use it to set a new password. The whole process takes under a minute.

KYC verification generally requires the following:
  • Scan of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Selfie photo holding your ID
  • Proof of mobile banking number ownership
Once verification is complete, your withdrawal limit will increase.

After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. Please wait 30 minutes before trying again. If your account is locked for another reason or permanently suspended, Help Center Contact us via Live Chat.
Deposits & Withdrawals

After logging in, click the "Deposit" button. Select your preferred payment method — Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. Enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions. Your balance is usually updated within 5 minutes.

  • Minimum Deposit: ৳500
  • Maximum Deposit: ৳5,00,000 (per day)
  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
  • Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (per day)
This limit may increase once KYC verification is complete.

Most withdrawal requests 15 minutes to 2 hours processing time. If KYC verification hasn't been completed, your first withdrawal may take a little longer. Requests made between midnight and 6:00 AM may also experience slight delays.

Please wait 10–15 minutes first. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us with your transaction ID and screenshot Help Center contact us. Failed transaction funds are typically returned within 24 hours.

11bad does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket) may apply a service charge as per their own policy.
Bonuses & Promotions

A welcome bonus is automatically credited on your first deposit after opening a new account — no promo code needed at registration. Simply deposit a minimum of ৳500 to activate the bonus.

For most bonuses 5–10x wagering wagering requirements apply. This means you must wager the bonus amount 5 to 10 times before withdrawing. Check the specific terms on the Promotions page or Support ask us.

A portion of your losses during a set period is returned to you as cashback, calculated on a weekly or monthly basis. The amount depends on your account level and betting history.

Yes, most bonuses 7 to 30 days must be used within the specified period, which is stated in each offer's details. Any unused bonus expires automatically once the deadline passes.
Betting Rules & Odds

11bad uses decimal odds. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and you place a ৳100 bet, a win returns ৳250 (including your original stake). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the greater the reward.

Live betting means placing bets in real time on a match that's already in progress. Sports Betting page and select the "Live" tab. Odds change moment to moment based on match conditions, so quick decisions are key.

Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled. However, in some cases you can use the "Cash Out" feature to withdraw part or all of your stake before the bet settles. If a match is cancelled, your bet is automatically refunded.

You can place multiple bets on multiple matches at the same time. Accumulator (parlay) bets support a maximum of 20 events can be added. Maximum payout limits apply to each bet.
